Terms of Service

Accounts are provided to members of an organization. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content your organization creates and publishes through SignalPosts.

You agree not to use SignalPosts to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate the terms of any connected platform, including LinkedIn.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the posts you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, such as storing your content, processing it to generate drafts, and publishing posts you approve. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published under your name.

SignalPosts can connect to third-party services you authorize, including LinkedIn and call-recording tools. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize SignalPosts to act on your behalf only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke that access at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected services complies with their terms.

SignalPosts uses AI to help draft and score content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it is published. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach, or engagement.

We work to keep SignalPosts available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPosts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using SignalPosts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, and you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
